This is my 3rd week back at Weight Watchers. I actually lost over Thanksgiving holiday weekend 2.2 lbs for a total weight loss of 9.6 lbs.
Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless 4 oz – 2 sp
Tostitos Salsa, Chunky Medium – 0 sp
Kroger Reduced Fat, Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup 3 sp
Taco Seasoning Mix 1 sp
This is one of my go to recipes for a quick easy meal during the week that is low on Weight Watchers Smart Points and is very filling. Also tastes great re-heated.
