This is my second week on weight watchers and have lost a total of 12.4 lbs in two weeks. My starting weight was 340.6 lbs and I weighed in this week at 328.2 lbs. I have not eaten the cleanest meals but I am full and not hungry.
Most of my meals have been burritos and smart ones ham and cheese scrambles for breakfast. I did manage to get in a birthday party with ice cream and pizza. I managed to stay under my points for the week and only ate about half of my weeklies.
